”DisplayYesNo” control is not supporting localization in footer

Summary
Developer has few true/false properties in a section displayed through this control. Also the same section is shown in read only mode in case footer.
Before installing HFIX 7306 both in editable area and footer it displays as un-localised Yes/No (incorrect behaviour). After installing the fix the editable section starts to show localized text for Yes/No (correct behaviour), but in footer it’s still Yes/No.

Steps to Reproduce
1.Use ”DisplayYesNo” control in section with Read only mode.
2.Create localized field values in localized ruleset.
Root Cause
Code for supporting localization is not present for readonly mode
Resolution
This issue is resolved by hotfix item HFix-22030.
