Steps to Reproduce

1. Build an application using the Theme-Cosmos application 
2. Launch User portal
3. Create a new Work Object  
4. Modify the Work Object such that it opens on a new tab
5. Click the Home icon. The To-do list is updated with the newly created Work Object (WO)
6. Click the To-do list to open or preview. The previous item on the list opens
