D_OFACResult does not work

Summary
Pega Foundation for Insurance 8.2 is installed on Pega Platform 8.2.1.
On starting an Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) case and clicking Investigate, the user is not directed to the the OFAC website and the member selected during submission is not searched.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a submission.
- Navigate till the Underwriting stage.
- Start the OFAC case.
- Click Investigate.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-54250.
