Double header observed during case creation



when the user tries to perform some intent for Human Email interactions in CPM user portal they are facing UI issue of displaying double headers on screen.
Along with this UI issue, there is a error in PegaRULES logs as 'Transaction ID mismatch',.

Error Messages

Transaction ID mismatch error in logs.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the CPM CSR portal
2. click on Interaction work list tab.
3. open some Human email case by double clicking.
4. select some intent to perform.
Now observe the screen. it displays double header.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in customer application code/rules.
This exception occurs when developer uses commit method in wrong place.


This issue is resolved through the following local change:
Suggested to comment the calling of commit method in the activity that is involved while opening the interaction After that this double header issue got resolved and TransactionID mismatch error is not occuring.
