doUIAction step removes newAssignPage

Summary
Post upgrade to Pega Platform 8.2.1, the 'Remove additional pages for No-Frame Case' step removes the newAssignPage.
Error Messages
The Operation completed successfully, but returned no content
Steps to Reproduce
- Upgrade Pega Platform 7.4 to Pega Platform 8.2.1.
- Add a newAssignPage on the thread.
- Invoke a different harness in a popup window.
- Close the popup window.
- Navigate to the next step of the assignment.
Root Cause
Every desktop action (such as, Create new work, Open assignment and so on) deletes the user pages of previous desktop actions.
If the current action depends on the previous action's user pages, the UI renders as blank or empty, or displays an error.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change to maintain the required page on the next desktop action:
Enable the pyRetainPage flag to True through a data transform or activity before triggering the next action.
