doWithRequestorOrThreadLocked could not obtain requestor errors



On logging in to the application using Single Sign-On (SSO), errors occur on clicking any application component.

Error Messages

ERROR   - Caught unhandled error in StaticContentResolver handling request aInput = {} doWithRequestorOrThreadLocked could not obtain requestor instance from HE82203ADD95CDC86C70756A35D6DBD56

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to application using SSO.
  2. Click on any application component.

Root Cause

A third-party product issue.
The issue occurred due to the Session Stickiness configured on the Load Balancer.


Make the following change to the operating environment:

When the system has two Load Balancers and Stickiness is enabled on them, disable the Stickiness on the Load Balancer associated with their web nodes.
