Draft flow being used in UAT and not Prod

SA-20217

Summary

A flow in draft mode is being used in UAT, but in Production environment gives an error stating that flow is in draft mode.

Error Messages

Draft flow cannot be executed

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a flow in draft and migrate it to UAT environment.
  2. Call the flow. Observe if the flow is executed.
  3. Migrate the same flow into Production.
  4. Again call the flow and the error appears.

Root Cause

A Draft-mode flow will execute in an environment where the Production level setting is less than 5.

Resolution

The UAT environment had a Production level of 4 while the Production environment had a level of 5.
This accounted for the different handling of the draft-mode flow rules in the two environments.
