Drag and drop controls do not work in 64-bit IE. They work in 32-bit IE.

Steps to Reproduce
Use drag and drop controls on IE 64-bit.
Root Cause
The 64-bit version of IE is not supported in this version of Pega, as per the Platform Support Guide at: https://pdn.pega.com/documents/platform-support-guide-prpc-5x-and-6x
Resolution
Use the 32-bit version of IE.
