Drilldown of Summary View reports does not work in IE10

Summary
Drilldown of summary view reports does not work in IE10. When you drill down, you get the spinning icon which does not go away. The screen freezes.

Steps to Reproduce
Access a summary view report from IE10 and try to drill down.
Root Cause
The issue lies in the below rules:
RULE-OBJ-HTML RULE-OBJ-SUMMARYVIEW DRILLDOWN
RULE-FILE-TEXT WEBWB PEGA_UI_SUMMARYVIEW
document.appendChild in callDrillDownPost function throws "HierarchyRequestError" exception
Resolution
Hfix-9900 resolves the issue.
As per the fix, "document.appendChild" has been modified to "document.documentElement.appendChild" with a " pega.utilEvent.isIE=='10' " check.
