The values of the dropdown are not being displayed properly in Safari

Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is software use/operation error.
The user was unable to see the values in the dropdown list in case of read-only mode in Safari.
Resolution
This issue is resolved through the following local change and included it in the UserWorkForm so that it should be generically applied to all the sections across the application:
