DSM batch report error in Simulation Result Report

Summary



In Next Best Action Marketing 7.1.2 based on 7.1.7, when Simulation Result Reports are launched from the NBAM Program: Run work objects, for the report that is dynamically created under every batch class (pzBatchExecutionResults), an error is generated while launching. The error is displayed in the report viewer.

Steps to Reproduce



1. Execute an NBAM program with the option to see the batch reports.
2. After the completion of the program run, open the program run work object and launch the report labeled as "Simulation Result Report" . Observe the exception

Root Cause



The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.

Resolution



This issue is scheduled to be resolved in the official NBAM release based on Pega 7.1.8. The following Local-change resolves the issue for NBAM 7.1.2 based on Pega 7.1.7.

In NBAM code, set:

pyCreateTable = true
