Duplicate entries in workbasket table
There are duplicate entries in the workbasket table. The Service Level Agreement (SLA) records are getting deleted from the SLA table but since there are duplicates in the workbasket table, users are unable to process the assignment and the flow is stuck.
Steps to Reproduce
Execute the flow.
An issue in the custom application code or rules The primary key constraint “PC_ASSIGN_WORKBASKET_PK” is missing from the “pc_assign_workbasket” table. As a result, duplicate entries are being added to the table.
Make the following change to the operating environment: add the missing constraint.
