Summary

When two Directed Web Access (DWA) links are available in separate emails and both are clicked, the second one fails to open.

Error Messages

This Request For Information cannot be processed (another request is currently being processed).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click one DWA link.
2. Submit the form.
3. Click a second DWA link.
   See the error.

Root Cause

PRPC 6.1 SP2 only allows one DWA link for each requestor; therefore, this error is by design.

Resolution

Choose one of the following options:

• Close the browser window before clicking the second DWA link to prevent the error.
• Use the System Management Application (SMA) to close the existing PRPC requestor and allow the second DWA link to be opened.
• Call the activity @baseclass.LogOff from the DWA response activity to allow the second DWA link to be opened.
