Dynamic container does not get refereshed when active

SA-11307

Summary

In Pega 7.1.5, user is unable to simulate "Refresh when active" behavior of tabbed work area control which used to have in 6.x and earlier version. Workbasket content is not getting refreshed when made changes to a Work Object and closed.

Error Messages

Not Applicable.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Case Manager / User portal.
2. Click on any one of the workbasket listed on the right hand side of Dashboard - system loads content of that workbasket.
3. From this workbasket click on pyID link and opens the work objects to work on it.
4. Click on Edit button to open in edit mode to work on the object and update it.
5. Close work object using close button on the right top corner of the Work Object.
6. System displays workbasket (one loaded at step 2) content again but does not refresh it, that is the updated work object still stays as is with old status and since now it is assigned to user’s worklist it should disappear from the workbasket.

Root Cause

This is a design behavior starting from Pega 7.1 version.

Resolution

The Refresh on Active works on Tab Group. You must include section in the tab instead of harness.
