Unable to click the dynamic layouts to edit the Skin rule.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open the skin rule.
- Click the dynamic layout.
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.
pzSkinScripts.js file got corrupted on the user environment.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Import the pzSkinScripts.js file from any working environment.
