Customer is getting errors when access to referencing rules.

Steps to Reproduce
Connect to Citrix Apllication
Connect to Virtual Desktop
Log into PRPC dev portal
The root cause of this problem is software use/operation error.
The issue can come if some user deleted the.ocx files from the browser or due to some HFIX the Dynamic Menu control file got corrupted.
This issue is resolved through the following local change:
. Go to tools -- > Internet Options --> Browsing Setting --> Setting --> View Objects
Search the .ocx files there.
Delete all the .ocx files and delete all the temporary files and restart the Applciation. post start it will ask for again installing the .ocx files,
Next Install the ocx Installer shared with the Software Media.
