EBDF for Master Card RC 4831-2 is incorrect

Summary
The Expedited Billing Dispute Form (EBDF) for Reason Code (RC) 4831 should contain a box to select "Cardholder paid by other means".
Error Messages
There is no error message.
Steps to Reproduce
User selects Mastercard RC 4831, condition code 2-Paid By Other Means, and processes chargeback.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by hotfix item HFix-10322 (provides the 14.2 prerequisite versions) and HFix-10258.
