Steps to Reproduce
Open any decision table in the Developer mode.
Root Cause
In Chrome browser, the Edit in Excel feature is not visible because support for Microsoft ActiveX controls is discontinued.

Resolution
As a local-change, use Internet Explorer browser for 'Edit in Excel' (Microsoft ActiveX is not supported in Pega 7.2).
Alternatively, upgrade to Pega 7.2.1 or later versions.
