"Edit Word Template" grayed out when creating new word templates

Summary
On creating a new word template, user is unable to click on the "Edit Word Template" button which is supposed to bring up a blank document, essentially using the WordMacroManagerDot template. The button has been disabled. This button was working in Pega 7.1.6, but grayed out in Pega 7.1.7.
Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce
Create word template document.
Root Cause
Until Pega 7.1.6, Pega used a form based template to create new word templates. However in Pega 7.1.7 harness based templates are used.
A new condition has now been added to ensure that the file name is not empty.
Resolution
Pega Help documentation will be updated in accordance to the new behavior.
