Summary

When a DataTable has a key value with an accented character like "é", the editor is not able to handle it. When user clicks on the "Open this item" icon to edit the row, the editor displays a blank page. This issue occurs only when the key value contains an accented character.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Create a Datatable with a Key property and a non key property.
2.Add a row in the new table with "sdsésss" as its key value and any character in the non key property.
3.Save the row. 
4.Click on "Open this item" icon.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules. 

Resolution

Install HFix-21999.
