eForm field properties settings lost during PDF generation

Summary
When using the comma separated format for decimal property fields in a PDF template (which is used in eForm PDF generation), the formatting is lost after PDF generation. The decimal properties do not display the comma separated format.
The GenerateEForm activity is used to populate the eForm and the AttachEForm activity is used to attach the generated PDF to the case.

Steps to Reproduce
- Apply the comma separated format in the eForm PDF template.
- Log in to the application.
- Navigate to Designer Studio > Integration > Tools > PDF for eForm wizard to create eForm rules.
- Upload the eForm PDF template to the eForm rule.
- Create a sample case.
- Generate the PDF file using the eForm rule.
Root Cause
Formatting was handled incorrectly in the eForm PDF generation using the iText library.
Resolution
An enhancement request, FDBK-29250, is created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
