Elastic Search index is not working



The index search page is configured properly.
No rules or work items can be found when searching.

Error Messages

There are many instances of the following in the PegaRULES log file:

Steps to Reproduce

Not Applicable.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is defect or misconfiguration in the PRPC operating environment. 
Dynamic System setting purpose 
indexing/distributed/search_enabled in Pega-SearchEngine is set to false.


This issue is resolved by making the following change to the PRPC operating environment:

Set Dynamic System setting purpose  
indexing/distributed/search_enabled in Pega-SearchEngine to true.
