Email channels fail to process emails post upgrading

Summary
Email channels created in Pega 7.4 and earlier versions fail to process emails post upgrading to Pega 8.x.
Error Messages
Unable to load data page D_pyEntityClassMapping. Required Belparameters : TAClassName. cannot be blank.
Steps to Reproduce
Create an interaction through an inbound email.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The pyClassName property is not present for the email channels which are created in Pega 7.4 and earlier versions.
Resolution
This issue is addressed in the Pega 8.3.2 patch release.
