Email Listener does not work.
Error Messages
Caught unexpected ClassCastException. Will attempt to mark mail as 'seen'.
java.lang.ClassCastException: com.sun.mail.util.BASE64DecoderStream incompatible with javax.mail.Multipart
Steps to Reproduce
1. Configure an Email Listener to create work objects
2. Send an email from the fax server to the account configured
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. Unhandled casting in Email Listener debug statement.
Resolution
Apply HFix-51717.
