Email Listener hung with error



Error occurs and certain emails are not processed. Unable to restart or start the listener.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
User is attempting to open the Work-Channel-Triage-Email workobject with interaction class due to which exceptions occur and Email listener fails.
