Delay in processing of large attachment through email listener.

Steps to Reproduce
1) Configure an email listener.
2) Ensure that below configuration is set:
mail.imap.partialfetch = True
3) Send emails with large attachment.
Root Cause
A defect or configuration problem in the operating environment:
The issue is caused by IMAP Partial Fetch functionality.
Partial fetch functionality fetches attachment in batches of 16 KB chunks each.
10 MB file would require more than 500 fetches to complete the download, which would causes delay.
Resolution
Add the following setting to Email Account receiver key properties as : mail.imap.partialfetch = false
