Email notification from a scheduled report, configured to run once a month, is not sent.

Steps to Reproduce
Schedule a report and add a user by enabling the Send Notifications to the following users option.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The pyActionSendMailReporting activity iterates over the pySubscribersSend property. However, in the pyTaskOutputProcessing section the pySubscribers property is used.
Resolution
Perform the below local-change:
Modify the pyActionSendMailReporting activity in ruleset Pega-Reporting 07-10-17 to substitute all the occurrences of pySubscribersSend with pySubscribers.
Additionally, BUG-316639 is created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
