Email Server rules unable to connect to Office365
Email Server rules are unable to connect to Office365. Username, password, port, host, and SSL options have all been verified.
MessagingException caught connecting to email server; javax.mail.MessagingException: Connection refused; nested exception is: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused
Steps to Reproduce
1. Configure Email Server rule with Office365 connection details.
2. Run Test Connection.
The root cause of this problem is in a third-party product. The Office365 server is configured to require NTLM authentication.
PRPC 6.1 SP1 does not support NTLM email authentication, another form of authentication needs to be used.
