Email service is not reading pyTo as Secondary Email address

Summary
Email service is reading pyTo as Primary Email box address when an email is sent to the secondary email address which is added to the primary email box.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a secondary email address to a mail box in Pega.
2. Create an email account for the mail box and an email listener.
3. Send any email to the secondary email address.
4. Check the pyTo which is mapped to the "TO" field in the email header it will show primary email address.
Root Cause
User has custom configuration to their mail box (email server) according to their organization standard.
So Pega email listener could not read the secondary email address.
Resolution
Configure a custom header to their email server so that Pega email listener can map secondary email address it to pyTo field.
