Empty error message on UI

Summary



User’s browser is apparently receiving an "empty error" message from PRPC, which causes it to display an empty error screen. This effectively ends the user session and they need to start again.

Error Messages



Empty error message on the screen displayed to user.

Steps to Reproduce



When users create the request, the UI screen displays in a mashup with an empty error message.


Resolution



This is a custom application issue. Update current error handling in the application to ensure all error codes/messages sent from the back end system are displayed on the screen
