Empty list of filter values for grid

Summary
User is seeing empty list when clicking a filter in the repeating grid.

Steps to Reproduce
Open section, click on the filter icon and see the empty list of values.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules
Resolution
Perform the following local-change steps:
- In the Activity pyPostGridUpdate in the SFA ruleset which is part of baseclass, add a pre When rule to the step(13) calling the activity SFAPopulateListHeader such that the SFAPopulateListHeader should get called only when the Report name is ‘crmOpportunitiesList'.
- Add "param.RDName=="crmOpportunitiesList".
- As it is an available rule, make the changes in the activity.
