Empty screen is displayed when clipboard is viewed

Summary
When attempting to view the clipboard for a request from the System Management Application (SMA), an empty screen is displayed. When investigating with a JavaScript (JS) debugger a JS error is observed.
Error Messages
(from JS debugger):
SCRIPT5007: Unable to get value of the property 'childNodes': object is null or undefined
Steps to Reproduce
Attempt to view the clipboard for a user from the SMA.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-27536.
