Summary
How to enable AutoStart for CTI Link of Classic Type?
Resolution
Select AutoStart option if you wish to have PRPC start the CTI engine when PRPC starts up. Allowing PRPC to autostart a CTI Link ensures that the link is ready when CSRs need to use telephony services.
AutoStart can be enabled only for “Local” CTI Link types. It is disabled by default for Classic and Remote CTI Link types.
