Enable Filtering in ListView does not filter date and decimal

Summary
In a ListView report, Enable Filtering is selected. But this does not turn on filtering for Numeric or Date properties.

Steps to Reproduce
1. In a ListView, use a DateTime property.
2. Check "Enabled Filtering" option.
3. Run the ListView.
Root Cause
Filtering feature is available for only 'text' properties in PRPC 5.5 SP1.
Resolution
This feature has been implemented in PRPC 6.1 SP2 through HFix-3224. It was evaluated to be potentially high risk for porting this HFix to PRPC 5.5 SP1 version.Refer this PDN article regarding Filtering data in ListViews - http://pdn.pega.com/node/1671
