Summary

Encoded file name is displayed instead of the original file name when a file is uploaded with special characters.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a work object and try to upload a file from Advanced tab of the Attachments section. (Advanced View > Add > Attach a File)
2. Upload a file with special characters in its name, for example: Test (1).docx.
3. Click Submit.

Root Cause

File name is encoded into ASCII characters, which caused the issue.

Resolution

Apply HFix-25156.
