Endtime doesn't display for Monthly view in pxCalenderviewGadget

Summary
End time does not display for the Monthly view in the pxCalenderviewGadget. However, the End time displays correctly for the Weekly view.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a Calendar gadget.
- Provide the Start time and End time for a calendar.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
End time value is not considered to display in the pzMonthEvent section.
Resolution
Apply HFix-58692.
