Summary
Error 400 observed on the clipboard when pulling static content from prweb.
Error Messages
java.lang.Exception: Failed to load PDF templet from: http://"your_[descriptive-name]"/prweb/correspondence/Letter.pdf
when url is pinged directly :
Unable to extract accessgroup from URL for static content request.
Steps to Reproduce
Pull static content from prweb on Pega 7.1.7 system.
Resolution
1. Comment out the following from web.xml (found in prweb.war within the ear file).
<servlet-mapping>
<servlet-name>WebStandard</servlet-name>
<url-pattern>/*</url-pattern>
</servlet-mapping>
2. Repackage and redeploy the ear file.
