Error on adding General Service Request in Interaction portal



Pega Customer Service for Financial Services (CSFS) 7.4 is installed on Pega 7.4.

Error occurs while adding the General Service Request for Anonymous interactions in the Interaction portal.

Error Messages

There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create new inbound call using Anonymous.
  2. Add a Task.
  3. Select General Service Request, Complaint, or Compliment.
  4. Click Add tasks.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.

The pxCaptureTime property was not passed to the DefineEventDataFlow activity. The pxCaptureTime parameter value was set to the Customerdetails.pxCreateDateTime in the EventDetails data transform. Error occurred because the page was not built for Anonymous interactions.
