Error in alert log

Summary
Sporadic errors appeared in Oracle alert log emanating from PegaRULES database. However, there were no issues with the installation.
Error Messages
From the ORACLE ALERT log:

com.pega.pegarules.pub.database.ConnectionException: There was a problem getting a list: code: 4030 SQLState: 61000 Message: ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 20504 bytes (callheap,KTI call freeable small pool)
ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 48 bytes (callheap,KKSA Lock List)
Steps to Reproduce
The use case does not have specific steps to replicate the issue.
Root Cause
The Oracle ORA-04030 error is an Oracle PGA Memory Error condition: Oracle Out Of Memory.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Adjust the Oracle database initialization script, increase the Oracle PGA memory tuning parameter to provide greater amount of memory.
