Summary

Error occurs on attaching files using the out-of-the-box Case Attachments section.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select an application which is on the Application Summary page
2. Open an assignment
3. Click Add Attachment on the Main Case Attachments section. A popup displays 
4. Click the Select Files button on the popup
5. Select a file. The error message displays
