Error on click of relevant offers pie in the NBA page

Summary
Users migrate the current production environment (RTDS ear file to the Oracle WebLogic Server 10.3.5) as part of one of the projects and encounter an error in Recommendation Advisor (RA) application after onclick of relevant offers pie in the Next Best Action (NBA) page.
Relevant Offers pie works fine in the current production where weblogic 9.2 is in use and same ear files from current production are deployed in new environment.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Observe that the Relevant Offers pie works fine in the current production where weblogic 9.2 version is used.
2. Deploy the same ears from current production in to a new environment with Oracle WebLogic Server 10.3.5.
Root Cause
Third party component behavior changes in the weblogic server 10.3.x version.
Resolution
The HFix-758 contains the modifications to the getClearDisclosed() API method return type from boolean to string in the CustomerPriorityMgdBean.class provided.
