Error on clicking Cancel button for a case



User adds a Closure button with the out-of-the-box Cancel action to the Review harness. User opens two cases one after another. A Javascript error generates on clicking the Cancel button for the second case. However, the user is unable to cancel the first case. The issue occurs while using the Internet Explorer browser.

Error Messages

SCRIPT1004: Expected ';'

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Add a Closure button which performs the default Cancel action, to the Review harness
  2. Open a case (Fore example, Case A)
  3. Open another case (For example, Case B) as example from pySearchFieldWorkResponsive
  4. Close Case B using the Closure button. No actions (Refresh, Closure, etc) can be performed on Case A  

Root Cause

A software use or operation error. Error generates by a section with an incorrect Refresh condition.


Perform the following local-change:
Set an action along with the property in Refresh.
