Error on clicking Wrap-up for chat which is escalated to CSR



Error occurs on clicking Wrap-up for a chat which is escalated from a WebChatGBot to a CSR. The configuration is Pega Customer Service 7.4 on Pega 7.4.

Error Messages

This action is not allowed as it is outside the current transaction

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Escalate a chat from a WebChatGBot to a CSR. The 'Appointment preparation' case is created
  2. Complete this case and click Wrap-up

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.


Apply HFix-44237.
