With Pega Customer Service 7.31, an error occurs while loading the D_Interaction data page when creating an interaction from an email triage case.

Error Messages

Invalid value for aSource passed to com.pega.pegarules.data.internal.clipboard.ClipboardPageImpl.putAll(Map, byte)

Steps to Reproduce

 

1. Set up Email Triage functionality.
2. Send an email to create an interaction.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules
Hard-coded references to pyWorkPage were used.

Resolution

Apply HFix-48013 for Pega Customer Service 7.31.
