Error in delete folder under deployment packages

Summary
User is unable to delete the unused folder under deployment packages option ,it shows the message "Application is not installed correctly".

Steps to Reproduce
Goto Decision execution->Deployment packages->select folder->delete
Root Cause
User had enabled DMo licenses but DB2 scripts related to DMo were not executed in the environment.
Resolution
Script provided to delete the DMo license from the database.
