Error during processing of KYC case in Portal
This is an intermittent issue, happening only in SIT. When a KYC case is opened in portal to display the KYC questionnaire, the error screen comes, and questionnaire cannot be answered.
Error message shown in logs : ' Couldn't obtain a connection. Refresh the DataSource, and try again'
Steps to Reproduce
Developer is seeing the error in the logs because of less number of max-pool connections and is completely related to resource problem.
User is suggested to increase the maximum pool size and then restart the server. This change solved the issue.
