Error on executing flow when currency data type is implemented

Summary
User implements a currency data type for Pega Survey questionnaire. However, an error occurs on executing the flow.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a property of type Decimal
- Resave the DataType property rule into the application
- Add a new value called Currency
- Copy SimpleQuestionFreeformDate into SimpleQuestionFreeformCurrency in the application ruleset
- Replace date input by currency input
- Check the display as Read-only flag
- Perform a Save As of the TemplateForFreeFormTypes rule into the application
- Map currency to the new SimpleQuestionFreeformCurrency template
- Create a Question rule by mapping the Decimal type property
- Select Currency for format
- Include the question in a survey
- Run the survey
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. Question page smart shape or Survey smart shape does not render in the Template mode.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Use the Question smart shape instead of the Question page or Survey smart shape in the flow.
