Error occurs on finalizing post deploying HFix-50693.
Error Messages
(File.PegaMKT_Work_Offer.Action) INFO - Error while processing outbound file. Error details: Error copying outbound file. Reason: /OutboundFiledestination/file_name_v2
Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the Marketing portal
- Create a campaign
- Execute the campaign and ensure that it is completed
- Navigate to Configuration > Settings > Channels > File
- Select the template used in the campaign
- Click Actions
- Click Finalize. Error displays on the screen
Root Cause
Tmp file merging code was implemented. Holding of the entire generated file in Byte Array was prevented. This increased the pressure on RAM system.
Resolution
Apply HFix-50693.
