Error in generated SQL query when subreports are configured

Summary

User opens a segment rule on Pega Marketing portal and clicks Show customers link to view the report. The report must be exported to Excel on click of Export, but a fail screen displays. An error occurs in the generated SQL query when the subreports are configured.


Error Messages

There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator  


Steps to Reproduce

  1. Re-execute the audience
  2. View the report
  3. Download the report

Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. 

Resolution



Apply HFix-50827. 

Alternatively, make changes in the resolver to not to include order by in the subquery for the subreport. Subquery which is generated for the subreport must not have order by clause in the query.
