Error icon not showing up on tab group

SA-37905

Summary

User reported that in a Tab layout, when there is an error in a tab where the "Defer load" is enabled the error icon is not being displayed on the Tab.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

1) Create a section with Tab group and include a section with repeat grid.
2) Repeat grid section has validate rule on grid properties.
3) Enable defer load on this section.
4) At runtime the error if present, observe that error icon not displayed on the tab.

Root Cause

When the "defer load" is being set on a Tab, the corresponding Data Object Model (DOM) will not be fetched from server when harness/section is reloaded.

The DOM of a defer loaded tab will be fetched from server on demand when the tab is active.

Now when the harness is reloaded we cannot keep an error icon on Tab header as we cannot judge whether a tab has an error or not (since DOM is not available for client at this stage.)

Resolution

Make the defer load tab active by default when a Section or Harness is reloaded.
